Allen Frazier Leavell (born May 27, 1957 in Muncie, Indiana) is a retired American professional Basketball player.
A 6'1" (1.85 m), 170 lb (77 kg) Guard (basketball) from Oklahoma City University, Leavell played 10 seasons (1979-1989) in the National Basketball Association, all as a member of the Houston Rockets. In his career, he averaged 9.5 points per game and 4.8 Assist (basketball) per game. Leavell participated in two NBA Finals (in 1981 and 1986), but did not win a championship.
